Here's a lil more about me: I've lived across New York City for all my life - Lower East Side, Queens, Far Rockaway. but at 17 I'm leaving for Texas. Coney Island, Far Rockaway, Jamaica Avenue, Chinatown, Aqueduct Racetrack, Kissena Velodrome, Citi Field, from Jones Beach to Newark, from Yonkers all the way to Atlantic City. I've had so many great time in this place.

Movies: I own a nice crate of movies I stash at the bottom of the TV stand. Solid collection of ~35 movies in total. My top 5 are Men in Black 1 and 2, Fast and Furious 1 and 2, Apollo 13, the Curious George Movie, and Lilo and Stitch. I used to go to Best Buy or the thrift store to buy movies, but nowadays I gotta borrow them from the library cuz no one selling 'em. They DVDs have a weird plastic security film on it. Soon as I'm off to college I'm getting streaming.

Music: From 2020 to 2023, I used a nice lil red MP3 Walkman to listen to music. Over a hundred singles on it - from Biggie Smalls, Brooks and Dunn, MJ, Outkast, Luis Miguel, Jim Croce, etc. On our computer, I also listened to a lot of elecronic music for a short while, on Spotify. Nowadays I have a subscription for it. I also sometimes used a shiny portable Panasonic CD player from 2002 passed from uncle to uncle to ma to me. I got it back in 2016 (they stopped using it). I feel so old-fashioned using it - but it still has a special place in my heart.
